Quality Materials for Lasting Beauty
- Yarn Preparation: Our rugs are crafted from naturally dyed OEKO TEX approved yarns. The yarn is dipped into boiling water to absorb the colours and then sun-dried to ensure longevity and durability.
- Craftsmanship: The weaving process is done by hand by trained craftsmen.
- Finish: The rugs are finished off by burning the edges to afford a secure and sharp finish.
- Sustainability Option (PET Yarn): We offer PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate) yarn, our newest and most sustainable material, made from PET chips adopted from recycled plastic containers. This provides exceptional softness and is highly durable even under harsh sun and wet areas, making it ideal for outdoor spaces.
Our Custom Order Process
- Design Consultation: Rug making in our partner factories begins with the design.
- Specification: A CAD drawing is made as per your requirements, including PANTONE color, material, weave, and budget specification.
- Client Approval: A sample is then made for your approval.
Our partner factories follow the highest quality standards and are certified by SA, ISO, and SEDEX bodies.
