Manufacturing Process
The rugs are crafted from naturally dyed OEKO TEX approved yarns. The yarn is dipped into boiling water to absorb the colours and sun dried to ensure longevity and durability. The weaving process is done by hand by trained craftsmen. The rugs are finished off by burning the edges to afford a secure and sharp finish

Step 01
Selection of the design is how we begin the rug making process in our partner factories.
Step 02
A CAD drawing as per customer requirements is made with PANTONE colour, material, weave and budget specification
Step 03
A sample is then made for client approval.
